Our mission is to help small to mid-size businesses make sense of their operations and finances. We offer a full range of consulting services specifically tailored for the small to mid-size businesses to help arrest problems, grow businesses and provide solutions for efficient management.
We want to help you with the tasks and tools you need to make your business run smoothly and efficiently. After careful discussion and analysis of your issues, we can create a plan of action agreeable to the business owner for execution.

New Businesses
- We jump start your business for you: We will conduct the initial market analysis and write the business plan to help you get started. We will also help you register your business.
- Provide information on a variety of services your business may require: Banking, Insurance, Payroll, Advertising and Networking opportunities.
Existing Businesses
- We can identify and validate problems with your business (the causes not the forms) and recommend solutions agreeable to the business owner to fix the problems.
- We connect needs to resources. For businesses that are having a difficult time finding the resources they need to be effective, (e.g. funding, advertising channels, web development), we can connect you to the resources’ you need to efficiently run your business and be successful.

RESEARCH: We are great at researching and finding solutions to all challenges/problems that small businesses encounter. We do this through internet and academic fact finding, strong networking capabilities and our personal experience of working within the operating environment.
NETWORKING: Our existing network consisting of professionals form various industries and occupations will be a great asset to your small business. We already have existing Connections to banks, Accountants’ & Quick Books professionals, insurance companies, payroll companies, background check sources, drug testing facilities, access to training facilities and other local operators your business will need.
PLANNING: We are experts at leading operational and strategic planning sessions and events. At the end of each planning cycle we will develop short (3 months), medium (6 months) and long range (18 months) calendars to help you track deadlines and milestones.
EXECUTING: We are capable of both determining solutions to problems affecting small (< $500K in revenue or 1-10 Employees) and mid-size ($500K > $5M in revenue or 11-49 Employees) businesses and executing pre-approved solutions for small to mid-size businesses.
ASSESSING: We will re-evaluate the effects of previous actions, determine what works and what doesn’t, and take appropriate actions to get the business back on track. We will help with organizing and filing your records for easy access, review and follow-up.
